Scents Sent is an independent fragrance sample retailer based in the UK.
2. Our Products
Scents Sent specialises in fragrance samples and decants, allowing customers to experience fragrances before committing to purchasing a full-size bottle.
All samples are hand-decanted by Scents Sent from genuine original fragrance bottles into glass atomisers. Our samples are prepared with care and are intended for fragrance discovery purposes only.
Sample sizes, including 3ml and 5ml options, are approximate capacities. Due to the nature of filling glass atomisers, small variations may occasionally occur.
Our samples are not intended to replace the purchase of the original manufacturer's fragrance product. If you discover a fragrance you love, we encourage you to support the original brands and authorised retailers by purchasing full-size bottles from legitimate sources.
3. Authenticity and Fragrance Brands
Scents Sent only purchases fragrances from authorised retailers and trusted fragrance suppliers.
We are committed to providing genuine fragrance samples and do not sell counterfeit, imitation or replica fragrances.
Scents Sent is an independent business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the fragrance brands featured on our website. Brand names, trademarks and product names remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify the fragrance being sampled.
4. Ordering and Payment
By placing an order through our website, you confirm that:
• The information provided is accurate and complete.
• You are authorised to use the payment method provided.
• You agree to pay the price displayed at the time of ordering.
Orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel an order where necessary, including where there are concerns regarding payment, fraud prevention or product availability.
Payment is processed securely through our approved payment providers.
5. Product Descriptions and Fragrance Perception
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, fragrance notes and information provided on our website are accurate and helpful.
However, fragrance is a personal experience and perception can vary between individuals. Factors including skin chemistry, environment, application method and personal preference can affect how a fragrance smells.
A difference in how a fragrance is perceived does not constitute a product fault.
6. Preparing Your Sample
Each fragrance sample is individually prepared by hand.
Due to the nature of decanting, minor differences in fill level, appearance or packaging may occasionally occur. These do not affect the authenticity or quality of the fragrance.
Some atomisers may include a small amount of white PTFE tape around the thread area. This is deliberately applied to help secure the seal and reduce the risk of leakage during delivery. Customers should not remove this tape.
